We got to stay in Amsterdam in Holland for a few days. It's a great place with lots of green stuff going on. Check out our slideshow to see. It's a small city with lots of public transportation and most people use bicycles to get around. It helps that Holland is pretty flat.

We stayed with some cool friends and they live with a pretty small carbon footprint. They don't own a car — they just use a Green Wheels car when they need one. It's like Zipcar in the USA: you just use them when you need to.

They also keep worms to help with their composting. You have to love anyone who keeps worms. Sweet.
